Create the strategy to help the ICRC more than double their individual giving income between 2012 - 2020.
Working with its agency partner RAPP, we're helping the ICRC 're-boot' its direct fundraising program in Switzerland. This includes creating and researching its core fundraising proposition and defining it across all touchpoints and stages of the supporter journey. We have led the ICRC in creating multiple new fundraising strategies and products, including multi-media donor acquisition campaigns, a regular giving proposition and a donor development strategy.
To date, acquisition ROI and supporter numbers have more than doubled and ICRC are exceeding their income targets. Brand awareness and consideration has also spiked.
